Kindergym KIDS!

Our Kindergym classes are 45 minutes and are for girls and boys ages 3-6.   Our instructors will teach basic gymnastics skills on the floor, beam, bars and trampoline events.  These classes also help develop hand eye coordination and locomotor skills for your child, and will also help to develop very important social skills such as following directions, taking turns and learning to work together!
